Every year I challenge myself to photograph an entire session in JPEG instead of RAW. Oh the shock, I know. This forces me to get every single detail correct in camera; no, "I'll fix that later in Photoshop". It reminds me that even though I'm very good at Photoshop, it just isn't necessary if I do my job correctly. Here's 2020s JPEG session. For photographers: I did load these into Lightroom. I ran Portraiture at medium and then added contrast, sharpening, and noise reduction. That's it. Getting it right in camera is so important and sometimes shooting in RAW makes me lazy.
